Mad Dash is a Gourmet Street Food Quick Service Restaurant established in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Chef & Owner Corey Jones, took two of his favorites food and brought them into one location. Mad Dash offers Chef-Driven Sandwiches, Tacos, Loaded Fresh Cut Fries, House Made Chips, and more. Utilizing all fresh ingredients and products from local businesses in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. At Mad Dash we offer to-go meals that are of excellent quality and invite you to try our delicious food.
Meet the Chef
Chef Corey was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He transitioned to North Carolina in 2008 to further his culinary education at Johnson & Wales University. Graduating in 2012 with his Bachelors in Food Service Management & Culinary Arts. Chef Corey has developed his craft of creating food that is not just eye catching, but food that is layered with tons of flavor. Taking your taste buds on a food journey, that make you want to come back for more.

The menu at Maddash is filled with tasty mouthwatering delights made from the freshest ingredients. There is something to satisfy everyone’s palate. One of their signature entree’s is the Incredible Chicken Sandwich, it is a crowd favorite!
Location & Hours
Maddash is located at 224 E 7th Street in the First Ward of Uptown Charlotte. They are open from 11:00 AM – 7 PM Tuesday and Wednesday and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Maddash offers face to face and online ordering available for pick-up and delivery. They also offer catering services which includes Corporate Delivery.
