Kristy’s Creole Kitchen in Charlotte, North Carolina is a family-driven venture deeply connected to Southern culinary traditions. Kristy, the owner, learned Creole cooking from her family in Baton Rouge and carrying forward a legacy of passionate, lovingly prepared dishes rooted in Louisiana’s rich cultural heritage. .

The restaurant offers an enticing array of Creole and Cajun specialties that highlight the vibrancy of Louisiana cuisine. Kristy’s signature dishes include Jambalaya, Gumbo, Crawfish and Shrimp étouffée, Mardi Gras pasta, Boudin balls, Shrimp and Grits, Catfish Po’boys, Creole burgers, Deluxe Shrimp and Grits, and more! The dishes are considered authentic Creole Cuisine because they are prepared with the same love and attention to detail as you’d find in a traditional New Orleans kitchen.
