Owned by Vivien Chen, he spent over a decade envisioning a restaurant that would bring authentic Chinese flavors, especially heritage bun and dumpling traditions to the Huntersville area.

Steamed “soup dumplings” (xiao long bao) thin-skinned dumplings filled with meat and broth, a hallmark dish of the eatery. Sheng jian bao pan-fried buns with a crispy base, another signature offering. A broad selection of entrées such as Kung Pao Chicken, Sizzling Black Pepper Beef, Mapo Tofu, and sweet-sour chicken combining traditional Chinese cuisine with flavors suited to a broad audience.
