While the restaurant’s website references a culinary journey beginning in 2010, the current Lake Norman waterfront location welcomed guests in 2021 following nearly three years of renovations. Today, Toucan’s has become one of the area’s favorite waterfront restaurants and continues attracting both locals and visitors throughout every season.
