Bartaco, the upscale street food restaurant inspired by the beach cultures of Brazil, Uruguay, and Southern California, officially opened its doors to the public on February 21, 2024.
Bartaco’s decision to plant roots in Huntersville was a calculated move to tap into the area’s dynamic and growing community. With existing locations in Chapel Hill and Raleigh, the brand recognized the potential of the Charlotte market. Birkdale Village, known for its blend of retail, dining, and residential spaces, offered the perfect backdrop for Bartaco’s relaxed, coastal-inspired atmosphere.
